Maintenance Manager – Keep Our Game Farm Running Smoothly!

If you’re the type of person who can fix just about anything and loves getting stuck in, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our luxury game farm team just outside Cape Town. This is a live-in position, so you’ll wake up every day surrounded by nature instead of traffic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fixing, maintaining, and keeping everything in top shape – from plumbing and electrics to guest facilities.
• Running daily maintenance checks and responding quickly when something breaks.
• Leading a small, reliable maintenance team and making sure jobs get done properly.
• Managing contractors and suppliers when outside help is needed.
• Keeping on top of health and safety standards.
• Working closely with managers to make sure guests have a seamless, hassle-free stay.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong, hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Knows how to lead a team but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Can think on their feet and solve problems quickly.
• Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in doing things properly.
• Is happy to live on-site and enjoy the game farm lifestyle.
