Maintenance Fitter
Isando
R26000.00 CTC Per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric Certificate
Trade Test Certificate - Qualified fitter (Red Seal)
Valid Drivers License
Arc Welding and Co2 Welding
Minimum 5 years experience within manufacturing or roofing
Work Shifts when required
Must be able to work overtime when required
Working on Heights
Overhead crane repairs will be a big advantage
Own transportation
Must be able to make and read drawings
Must have experience in but no limited to Boiler Making and Fitting.
To do plant-based repairs on equipment and machines
Must have experience in basic machining
Good Knowledge & experience on lubrication and hydraulic systems, pneumatic, gearboxes, drive-shafts and spindles
Excellent fault-finding skills
Certificate / course in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
High level of accuracy / competency with refurbishing / rebuild of gearbox and heavy equipment
Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics acumen
Analyze, Diagnose and repair faults
Install and develop new machines
Competent in Arch & Co2 Welding
