South Africa's best and most trusted property investment group is looking for an energetic, dependable Afrikaans speaking Maintenance Administrator to join their Cape Town office in N/S to grow their family.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE       :           PERMANENT

START DATE :           A.S.A.P / IMMEDIATE

DUTIES:

Attend to all day-to-day maintenance on the rental portfolio
Ensure contractor has an SLA which must be adhered to
Attend to all reported maintenance and open tickets on Red Rabbit
Assign approved contractors
Obtain quotations
Get quotations approved by the responsible parties
Give the go ahead to contractors
Ensure feed-back is given to all parties after each step is completed
Obtain pictures of completed jobs from contractors
Obtain invoices and send to Portfolio Administrator to load on to Pay prop

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
1 – 3 years’ maintenance experience
Red Rabbit, Pay prop, MS Office & Google docs (non-negotiable)
Organised
Reliable transport
Communication skills
Problem solving abilities
