POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Property & Lease Administrator

Location: Somerset West, Cape Town

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To administer and coordinate all property, lease, occupancy and resident-related processes across the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, maintenance of accurate records, achievement of occupancy objectives, protection of resident rights, and delivery of professional resident-focused service.

The Property & Lease Administrator serves as the central coordination point between residents, prospective residents, Finance, Facilities, Marketing and Management regarding occupancy administration, lease management, inspections, compliance and property-related communication.

Requirements:

Code 08 Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property administration, leasing or real estate administration
Experience managing lease agreements and occupancy processes
Experience dealing directly with residents and customers
Experience working property management systems
Retirement village, senior living or housing administration experience advantageous
Certificate / Diploma in Property Administration, Real Estate, Business administration or related field - Advantageous
Computer literate
