Job Overview:

No prior machine operation experience is required – full training will be provided. Successful candidates will be taught how to operate a variety of machinery used in the production process. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery as trained.

• Assist with production processes to ensure efficient output.

• Perform basic quality checks on materials and products.

• Report any irregularities or malfunctions to supervisors.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.

• Follow all health and safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric / Grade 12.

• Must be fluent in English – able to speak, read, and write effortlessly.

• Must live in or around Alrode / Alberton, or be located close to the site.

• Willingness to learn and work in a technical, hands-on environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Advantageous (Not Essential):

• Any technical studies, quality control, or Health & Safety training or qualifications.

• Previous exposure to a factory or production environment.

Salary: R 35.00 per hour (To increase to R 40.00 per hour after probation period.)
