• Experience as a rolling operator in the metal sector
• Strong understanding of rolling processes, material properties and quality standards
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Safety focused with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement

• Operate steel rolling mills to shape steel to required specification
• Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the rolling process
• Perform start-up, changeovers and shutdown procedures efficiently and safely
• Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules
