POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
• Intermediate computer skills
• Experience in the legal services industry would be advantageous
• Courier Operations:
• Managing all administrative aspects of internal courier requests and delivery services
• Coordinating shipments with courier services: (Scheduling pickups, booking deliveries, and preparing necessary documentation - invoices, waybills, tracking records)
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, using courier software - Microsoft Office applications
• Receiving, processing, managing customer requests

• Archiving Administration:
• Stock retrievals, management and co-ordination of deliveries and data capturing
• Postal and Messenger services:
• Internal mail, docex, franking, collections and deliveries
• Multitask services:
• Support in photocopying and print room services (photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, paginations and document scanning)
• Support with coordination of Facilities Services
• Front Line support (Reception)
• Health and Safety support
• Service Provider Liaison
• Wills Administration
