MD Personal Assistant and Foreign Nationals Administrator

SUMMARY:
An International Concern seeks a PA with Strong HR Experience in assisting with Recruiting and HR Admin!
An individual who is experienced in dealing with Foreigners or very open to doing so.

Position is to support and welcome Foreigners in SA and assist them throughout their stay in SA. Position also entails assisting the HR department with all HR related functions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Roles & Responsibilities 
 
Foreign Employee Administration 
Making provisions to ensure welcoming of Foreign Nationals 
Ensure that work permits are processed in accordance with Government regulations 
Assist in finding a new home 
Provide assistance concerning house issues i.e.- lease agreements, utility bills etc. 
Assist with personal bank accounts (cheque acc/credit cards/ queries/ updates and related issues as well as closing of bank accounts when leaving) 
Assist with general medical queries i.e. claim submissions for payment or reimbursement, also make appointments when required 
Assistance concerning education for entire family. 
Arranging telephone and internet installation at home if required 
Assisting with new application and/or extension of passports, visas, driver’s license’s 
Facilitate with relocation and moving company 
Payment of related accounts 
Any and all adhoc administration requests 
 
PA to MD 
Daily management of MD’s Diary 
Facilitate travel arrangements for MD 
Any adhoc and personal duties required by MD 
MD’s personal expense claims 
 
Recruitment 
Advertise vacancies with Recruitment Agencies 
Share CV’s with respective Line Managers 
Schedule interviews and send out meeting requests 
 
HR Administration 
Processing of invoices 
Filing 
Adhoc admin 
 
Required Experience
