SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Maintenance Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum N4 plus a trade test in mechanical fitting or millwright.
  • N6 / National Diploma in mechanical engineering will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years heavy industrial supervisory /foreman experience in manufacturing.
  • High levels of competence on leadership mechanical engineering.
  • Sound experience in maintenance management, planning and budgeting.
  • In depth knowledge & experience in reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance.
  • Experience and knowledge of OHS, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft on a maintenance systems. (Essential)

KEY PERFORMANCE

  • Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, and leading the maintenance team to achieve reliable equipment maintenance.
  • Responsible for providing technical input for setting up and optimization of equipment.
  • Responsible for optimization of equipment reliability and availability
