SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Maintenance Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum N4 plus a trade test in mechanical fitting or millwright.
N6 / National Diploma in mechanical engineering will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years heavy industrial supervisory /foreman experience in manufacturing.
High levels of competence on leadership mechanical engineering.
Sound experience in maintenance management, planning and budgeting.
In depth knowledge & experience in reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance.
Experience and knowledge of OHS, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000.
Computer literacy in Microsoft on a maintenance systems. (Essential)

KEY PERFORMANCE

Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, and leading the maintenance team to achieve reliable equipment maintenance.
Responsible for providing technical input for setting up and optimization of equipment.
Responsible for optimization of equipment reliability and availability
