Logistics Coordinator

POSITION INFO:
Main Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation of products and materials.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and generate reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPI's) such as delivery times, transportation costs and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Utilize logistics and inventory management systems to update shipment status and inventory records.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth business operations.

• Time management
