Immediately available contract position available in Somerset West for your strong administration skills! 

Our client requires your strong numerical skills with excellent communication in both Afrikaans and English.
If you are Graduate who has completed your degree this is also an opportunity to gain experience. (Logistics Graduate highly advantageous)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric and relevant qualification highly advantageous
  • Graduates also welcome to apply
  • Computer literate – Outlook, Dropbox, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Strong numerical skills and financial acumen
  • Attitude to learn, work well within a team and be proactive
 
DUTIES
  • General administration details within the logistics department.
  • Managing shipping folders on the system
  • Requesting documentation from various clients
  • Electronic filing of consignment notes
  • Send addendums and consignment notes via email/ dropbox
  • Upload addendums and consignment notes to doc sync folder
  • Submit packing list to freight forwarders
  • Confirm selling prices with the commercial department
  • Send packing list & commercial & tax invoices to clients
  • Issue insurance certificates where applicable
  • Manage the filing of completed shipping folders electronically
Salary: R 8000 dependent on experience
