Manufacturer looking for Junior Import / Export Administrator with in depth understanding of Inco Terms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree within Supply Chain / Logistics will be beneficial
Requirements
  • Strong understanding and experience with INCO terms
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Syspro experience
Duties
  • Ensure purchase orders are processed
  • Processing of inventory receipts, stock adjustments and cost changes
  • Oversee costings and billings of freight companies and clearing agencies
  • Deal with foreign exchange companies
  • Reporting
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and inspection bodies
  • Planning of shipments with freight coordinators
