In this pivotal role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the lodge, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to our valued guests. You’ll manage everything from reservations and guest correspondence to stock control and administrative support, all while working closely with the management team to maintain the lodge’s five-star standards.
What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including bookings, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with all lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest correspondence and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Monitor stock, assist with procurement, and keep meticulous records.
• Support lodge management with HR, payroll, and operational reporting.

• Proven experience as an administrator in the hospitality industry (5-star lodge or luxury hotel experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer proficiency (MS Office; Lodge booking systems an advantage).
