Position: Guest Experience Manager
We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, guest-focused professional with a strong Food & Beverage background. You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest journey — curating, coordinating, and elevating every moment from check-in to farewell.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and enhance the entire guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping, activities, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Curate unique moments — think surprise sundowners, personalised dining, and special-occasion magic.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality.
- Handle guest feedback with grace, speed, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Maintain standards of excellence in both service and presentation across the property.

What You Bring
- MUST have a solid Food & Beverage background — luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining experience preferred.
