Our About the Role:

We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated Lodge Anchor to join our team at a boutique safari lodge near Vaalwater. This live-in position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment, taking initiative, and being hands-on in all areas of lodge operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Hosting guests and ensuring exceptional front-of-house service
• Coordinating daily lodge activities and schedules
• Assisting with stock control, housekeeping, and kitchen support
• Supervising staff and maintaining lodge standards
• Reporting to lodge management and acting as a stand-in during their absence

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Previous lodge, hospitality, or tourism experience is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Live-in accommodation (rent-free)
• All on-duty meals provided
• Free Wi-Fi, electricity, and water
• Transport to and from Vaalwater (designated collection/drop-off point)
