LIFE INSURANCE SALES CONSULTANT – TELESALES

A leading financial services organisation is looking for experienced Life Insurance Sales Consultants to join its telesales team.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced insurance sales professional who is confident engaging with customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate life insurance solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting sales opportunities while delivering a professional and compliant customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric

• Diploma in related field

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in Life Insurance

• Proven experience selling Life Insurance products

• Previous telesales or contact centre sales experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and/or outbound calls.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

• Present and explain life insurance products and benefits clearly.

• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Handle customer questions, concerns and objections effectively.

• Apply effective sales and closing techniques to convert opportunities.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with required processes and standards.

• Provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Participate in coaching, product training and performance-development initiatives.
