POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist a commercial broker with the letting of retail and factory spaces, client liaison, viewings, and administrative support. This role offers commission opportunities in addition to a basic allowance.

Location: Tyger Valley, Cape Town

Remuneration:

• R6,000 basic
• Fuel and phone allowance
• Commission on successful deals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing of retail and industrial properties
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and brokers
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and basic administration
• Support the broker with day-to-day operational tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Own reliable transport (essential)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to liaise confidently at all levels
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Interest in commercial property and sales
