Letting Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail orientated Rental / Letting Administrator for an established Real Estate company based in the Pretoria East area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12
  ± 3 years experience in letting / rental administration position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PDF
• Rental Experience Essential
• PayProp Experience Essential
• High-level accounting and reconciliation accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

  • Performing credit checks on the
  • Reconciling payments
  • Follow-up pending direct
  • Follow-up failed beneficiary
  • Capture all debit and credit
  • Invoice all third-party accounts to tenants.
  • Process tenant deposit
  • Inform Rental Manager of daily payments to approve.
  • Prepare commission statements for Property Practitioners commission pay-
  • Attend to all enquiries relating to letting transactions.
  • Immediately escalate risks and exposures to the Business
  • Attend to TPN data being exported and uploaded to
• New Client Administration
• Mandate and Lease Renewals
• Property Inspections (administration)
• Maintenance Request/Report by Tenant
• Deposit Refunds
• Arrears
• Monthly and Adoc Invoicing
  Office meetings (Administration)
• General duties and own office administration
