Legal Typist/Secretary

POSITION INFO:

Legal Typist/Secretary - Pretoria East

Well established Law Firm based in Pretoria East requires the services of Legal Typist/Secretary, with the following experience:

Requirements:
Gr 12 / matric
At least 2 – 5 years’ recent/current experience as a legal typist.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Drafting of Rule 46A Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other foreclosure related documentation.
• Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
• Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
• Ability to liaise with banks, counsel and debtors.
• Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.
• Strong communication skills.
• Administratively strong.
• Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in working on AJS and Excalibur will be an advantage.

SALARY - Negotiable depending on experience, provident fund, medical aid.
