POSITION INFO:
This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a sharp eye for detail and can confidently navigate complex documentation, billing systems and tight deadlines. This role requires excellent reading comprehension, accuracy and the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of work.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on an ERP system.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Afrikaans will be advantageous.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF software.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and reading comprehension.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and make sound decisions.
Previous experience in billing administration and/or within a legal firm will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, process and review billing documentation accurately.
Capture and maintain billing information on the ERP system.
Review supporting documents and ensure billing information is complete and correct.
Work with Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents and other administrative records.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Remuneration

The proposed salary for the role is around R15k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
