POSITION INFO:

Join a dynamic team as a Leasing Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting new and existing tenants across the retail and commercial property portfolio.

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:
New Tenants:

• Source and engage with potential tenants and agents.
• Send cost sheets, arrange viewings, and share vacancy schedules.
• Load lease agreements on MDA and perform TPN checks. 
• Draft and follow up on offers to lease and final lease agreements.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the leasing process.

 
Existing Tenants:

• Support tenant retention and handle lease renewals or terminations.
• Manage tenant communication, including bulk emails and complaints
• Follow up on outstanding rentals and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Liaise with maintenance for unit readiness and post-inspection repairs.
• Handle signage, building access, fibre setups, and general queries.
• Building & Operational Support
• Monitor cleaning and security staff performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits for recurring complaints.
• Coordinate tenant-related projects and alterations with contractors.
• Prepare rent rolls and log service requests with city utilities.

 
 
Requirements

• Proven experience in retail/commercial leasing (non-negotiable). 
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with MRI Property Software or similar platforms.
