POSITION INFO:
🚀 What You’ll Do
 
New Tenant Magic ✨
🔑 Source and secure potential tenants
🤝 Work closely with agents & send out cost sheets
📅 Arrange viewings and manage vacancy schedules
📝 Load lease agreements on MDA/MRI
✅ Handle TPN checks, offers to lease, and follow-ups
 
Existing Tenant Hero 🦸
💌 Send bulk emails, information updates, and renewal notices
📞 Tackle tenant complaints with professionalism & solutions
💡 Manage ingoing/outgoing inspections and liaise with maintenance
🔧 Coordinate repairs, fibre access, signage, and building issues
👀 Monitor cleaning & security staff performance
 
Behind-the-Scenes Power Player 🖥️
📊 Prepare rent rolls for banks/agents
🏢 Log and follow up on City/Eskom building tickets
📑 Keep every detail in check so nothing slips through the cracks
 
🎯 What We’re Looking For
 
✅ Proven experience in retail/commercial leasing (non-negotiable!)
✅ Fluent in English & Afrikaans (written & spoken)
✅ Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
 
✅ Experience with MRI Property Program (or similar systems)
✅ A pro at staying calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
