Where You'll Make an Impact:

Contact prospective clients to introduce services and schedule appointments
Engage with leads to assess interest and qualify opportunities
Coordinate appointments based on consultant and client availability
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders
Maintain accurate client records and appointment details within the CRM system
Prepare and deliver daily updates and reports to the sales team
Assist with sales administration and coordination activities as required
Handle appointment-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
Build positive relationships with prospective clients
Resolve scheduling conflicts and support client concerns to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, call centre, or administrative roles
Excellent telephone etiquette
Good management skills
Knowledge of RPE and building processes
Ability to work effectively within a team
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in the financial services or insurance sector
