Lead Generator Supervisor

Purpose of the Role

The Lead Generator Supervisor is responsible for leading by example while overseeing the day-to-day activities of a small Lead Generation team. The role involves generating leads, monitoring team performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring quality appointments are booked for the Business Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and book qualified appointments for the Sales Team.

• Support and supervise 1–2 Lead Generators.

• Monitor daily targets and provide coaching where needed.

• Ensure appointments and CRM records are accurate and up to date.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality.

• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

• Complete basic reporting and general sales administration.

• Promote excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Lead Generation, Telesales, or Sales.

• Some experience leading or mentoring others is advantageous.

• B2B sales experience preferred.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

• Valid driver's licence.
