POSITION INFO:

KEY FOCUS AREAS

• Collaborating with QA Manager to verify and process laboratory supplier documents.
• Working closely with Lab Supervisor to assist with Waste Management.
• Obtaining quotations, ordering stationary and all reagents
• Management of COA and MSDS registers
• Arranging for samples to be sent to 3rd party service providers via applicable couriers.
• General filing of documentation as per job responsibilities
• Archiving of documents.

 KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• More than 2 years’ procurement and administration experience
• More than 3-years’ experience in assisting laboratory functions.
• Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge is essential
