POSITION INFO:

WE ARE A PRESTIGIOUS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH EXPERIENCE ON THE MDA PROPERTY SYSTEM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

LOADING AND UPDATING PROPERTY INFORMATION

LOADING OF LEASE SCHEDULES

BANKING, RECEIPTING AND ALLOCATION OF RENTAL PAYMENTS

PREPARATION OF MONTHLY RENT-ROLL

COLLECTION OF ARREAR RENTALS (PREPARATION OF LETTERS OF DEMAND)

MINUTES OF MONTHLY MEETINGS

DEBTORS REPORTS

MANAGEMENT PACKS

OTHER BASIC DEBTORS AND LEASING ADMIN FUNCTIONS.
