SUMMARY:

MAIN PURPOSE

Lead the design, development, and optimisation of business intelligence solutions, ensuring data-driven decision-making aligned to business strategy and performance goals.

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Lead BI Developer to drive data intelligence, reporting excellence, and business decision-making within a dynamic, high-performance environment.

This role is ideal for a candidate who can bridge business and technology, lead BI initiatives, and deliver impactful insights across multiple stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead BI development and data strategy initiatives
Translate complex data into meaningful business insights
Design and optimise reporting structures and dashboards
Manage and improve data warehousing solutions
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data
Engage with stakeholders across departments and leadership
Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and systems
Support decision-making through analytics and reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Information Systems / Data / IT / Related
Strong experience in BI development and data analytics
Advanced SQL and database experience
Experience with Python and data processing tools
Exposure to Microsoft BI stack (Power BI advantageous)
Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting structures
