POSITION INFO:

Our client is a reputable company within the retail and distribution sector. They offer a growing national footprint and are focused on strengthening relationships across their store network. The business operates in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
The Key Account Executive will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for visiting stores, maintaining relationships with store managers and staff, and ensuring product presence and support. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between stores within the allocated region.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily visits to stores in your assigned region
Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
Ensure optimal product visibility and placement
Monitor and report on stock levels and promotional execution
Communicate promotional campaigns and marketing material to stores
Provide basic training to in-store staff on product offerings
Gather market and competitor intelligence during visits
Handle any queries or concerns from store staff professionally
Promote brand image and ensure consistent messaging
Maintain accurate visit logs and reports
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
Collaborate with regional sales teams for alignment

Energetic and self-motivated
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional and courteous at all times

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential
1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel within the allocated region daily

Remuneration:

Basic Salary R15 000 - R25 000 + fuel Allowance + Target Incentives + Phone allowance
