Junior Warehouse Team Leader

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Gqeberha/ Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and guiding warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse
• Assist in organizing workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Train and mentor junior staff where required

• 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Basic leadership or supervisory experience (even on a small team)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
