Junior Virtual Customer Liaison Administrator - Bloubergstrand

Our client near Bloubergstrand is looking for a well-spoken virtual assistant to schedule online virtual meetings, respond to client enquiries, obtain supplier quotes when required and keep electronic calendars and administrative tasks up to date.

A reliable Wi-Fi connection and backup power supply are essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Gr 12 or similar
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience with Google Drive or similar document management platforms
• Previous administrative, office coordination or PA experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing requirements
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive approach with strong follow-through
• Professional and confident approach to email and general correspondence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

• Maintain organised records of meetings, actions and relevant documentation
• Ensure meetings are scheduled and relevant information is communicated to attendees
• Provide general administrative and basic PA support
• Manage day-to-day email correspondence and follow-ups
• Ensure meetings are recorded accurately and minutes or notes are saved appropriately
• Manage and maintain electronic filing systems
• Organise, save and maintain documents on Google Drive
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and service providers as required
• Assist with coordinating general office requirements and activities
• Assist with event and meeting administration when required
• Prepare and distribute relevant information, invitations and correspondence
• Assist the Director with diary, scheduling and general coordination requirements
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, correspondence and actions
• Provide general office support and assist with ad hoc administrative requirements
