Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases to validate new and existing system functionality
Identify, document, and track defects with clear detail for resolution
Perform functional and exploratory testing based on real user scenarios
Support regression testing to ensure stability across releases
Work closely with developers and product teams to improve product quality

Job Experience and Skills Required

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
Exposure to software testing or quality assurance is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
Ability to clearly communicate findings and document issues
Familiarity with web-based systems and basic testing tools will be beneficial
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
