Junior Tax Administrator – Hilton
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Tax Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Applications For International Transfer
• Payment allocations and reallocations
• Registered Representative updates
• Financial Year-end changes for Companies and Trusts with SARS
• Registrations & Reactivations:
  • Income Tax
  • Post-Death Income Tax Registration
  • PAYE
  • VAT
  • WCA
  • UIF (Department of Labour)
  • Customs Registrations (Via RLA System)
  • IT3/ HTTPS Set up for IT3D submissions
• Assisting clients with SARS Biometrics
• Deregistration for all the above-mentioned taxes with SARS, Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and Department of Labour
• Submissions of outstanding recons from prior years, if the records are not available
• Banking Detail update on SARS E-Filing, this includes manual updates as well as verification submissions for Individuals, Companies, and Trusts
• Manual updates of registered particulars on SARS E-Filing for Individuals, Companies, and Trusts
• Merging and Unmerging of Tax Types on SARS E-Filing
• Security Detail updates for Personal Income Tax Profiles
• Assisting clients with SARS Telephonic, Video, and Branch appointments
• Assisting Clients with any Tax Administration queries where necessary
• Attending to billing and fee notes for completed
• IT3D Donation record submissions to SARS

• Matric
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with SARS eFiling is advantageous
• Previous experience dealing with SARS and tax administration processes preferred
• Strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
