SUMMARY:
An established dealership is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join their service team.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and assisting clients with their vehicle service and maintenance needs.

The successful candidate will act as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth service experience while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service
Schedule service and maintenance appointments
Prepare and manage repair orders and service documentation
Communicate with customers regarding service progress and repairs
Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
Provide clear explanations of maintenance and repair work to customers
Promote service products, accessories, and maintenance plans where appropriate
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services
Maintain accurate service records and administrative documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or a contact centre environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology or mechanics would be advantageous
Matric / Grade 12 required
