• Matric (relevant sales or technical qualification advantageous)
• 2–3 years’ experience in external sales (lighting, electrical, or construction-related industries preferred)
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)
• Proven sales track record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good time management and planning skills

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Actively source new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product promotions
• Provide professional advice on lighting products and solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and close sales deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction
