POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join a growing team in Gauteng. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their sales career while contributing to business growth across multiple business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations.
• Perform outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding and post-sales engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and growth initiatives.
• Attend client meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops as required.

Minimum Requirements

• 0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment.
• Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet access.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
