SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Sales Developer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while gaining exposure to the foreign exchange industry.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Identify and prospect businesses that may require foreign exchange services.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients within your network.
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Arrange meetings with potential referral partners who can introduce new clients.
Develop and execute strategies to attract new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Work closely with the remote team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
Progress towards independently presenting the company's solutions and managing the sales process through to closing.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required.
A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is advantageous.
Technically literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
