company specializing in residential and commercial building projects. The company has built a strong

This opportunity is ideal for a recent postgraduate or junior professional looking to gain practical, sitebased
experience within a fast-paced construction environment.

Minimum Requirements
Master’s or Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (essential)
2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or construction environment
Basic understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
Valid driver’s licence
Willing and able to travel between sites

Key Responsibilities
Assist with project cost estimations and budgeting
Support the preparation of tenders and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Monitor and track project costs and variations
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Assist in managing subcontractor accounts and payment certifications
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
