The role will report to Senior Management and customers in terms of project schedule and budget performance

Our client is a Specialist Truck Chassis design and integration Engineering Service Provider (ESP), offering a turn-key service to its customers

Our client's entire technology focus is on the design and development of various commercial vehicle chassis for the Global market

Leveraging a deep skilled and experienced pool of mechanical and electrical engineering specialists and operating from a competitive cost basis

Ensuring an internationally competitive quality and high value-added service

Our customer base is medium and heavy-duty truck chassis OEMs

Create project plans, including detailed statements of work, cost estimations, and work break down structures

Ensure accuracy of regular project management reports (resource loading, dates, task status, budgets, risks)

Schedule and host of internal and external design reviews

Manage projects across company departments

Interface with the Lead Engineers and Managers to help establish and prioritize the utilization of team resources

Delegate work to assigned resources

Manage project and task timelines to ensure that agreed milestones are reached and to communicate and plan for non-compliance in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electronic Engineering

Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive Engineering Development

Good understanding of automotive industry stakeholders, practices, and processes

Excellent written and verbal communication (English)

Excellent in planning projects, performing task management, and delegation

Solid organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail

Advanced computer literacy with MS Excel and MS Projects

Self-starter and Team player

Risk management

Orderly and consistent

Good record keeping

Continuous improvement mindset
