Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking project progress
Maintain accurate records and project files
Support communication between stakeholders and team members
Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative role (advantageous but not essential)
