The Opportunity

An established and respected refrigeration and insulated structures business is looking to appoint a Refrigeration Estimator & Administrator to support its sales, projects, and services teams.
This role is suited to a technically minded professional who enjoys costing, quoting, coordination, and detail-driven work within a fast-paced technical environment.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate quotations for refrigeration systems, cabinets, insulated panels, labour, and logistics
• Managing pricing and quote requests for the sales team, ensuring fast turnaround times
• Reviewing technical drawings and compiling detailed cost estimates
• Creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Variation Orders and coordinating handover to the factory
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the factory to ensure timelines and delivery commitments are met
• Supporting project and service managers with estimation and administrative coordination
• Following up on supplier orders and assisting with logistics where required
• Maintaining project documentation and files

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in estimating, quoting, or technical administration within refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or engineering environments
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
• Syspro experience (advantageous)
• AutoCAD exposure and refrigeration system knowledge (advantageous)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator who works well across sales, projects, suppliers, and factory teams
