SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team, Healthcare environment - based in Rivonia

POSITION INFO:

ð¼ Employment Type: Full-time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone proactive, professional, and eager to grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting daily administrative and operational functions, including client communication, quotations, invoicing, medical aid claims, and general admin tasks—ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

â Respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally
â Provide general administrative and PA support
â Prepare and send quotations and invoices
â Submit and manage medical aid claims
â Maintain accurate records and use MS Excel for tracking and reporting
â Assist with order processing and stock admin when required

What We’re Looking For

â Matric (Grade 12)
â Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel essential)
â Excellent organisational and time-management skills
â Good written and verbal communication skills
â High attention to detail and accuracy
â Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Advantageous:

Experience in administrative, medical, or healthcare environments
Familiarity with medical aid claims processes
Basic invoicing/accounting experience
Knowledge of CRM or accounting software (Zoho, Sage, Pastel)

Remuneration

ð° Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 CTC (commensurate with experience)
