About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director at their Head Office. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to manage a busy office environment while handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s diary and schedule meetings

• Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and events

• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentation packs

• Take minutes in key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items

• Screen calls, emails, and queries on behalf of the Director

• Handle invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders

• Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)

• Draft and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Matric (essential)

• 3–5 years experience as a PA / Executive Assistant supporting senior management

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Professional discretion and reliability
