Job Description

• Process medical aid applications and client registrations daily.
• Resolve incoming client queries regarding healthcare claims quickly.
• Update and maintain clean client records on the system.
• Assist senior consultants with client presentation preparations.
• Check monthly member schedules for billing accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation from clients.
• Use simple physical checklists to complete daily workflows.

• A Matric Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic experience or understanding of South African medical schemes.
• Experience in handling patients claims and reports
• Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) or CMS Accreditation is highly advantageous.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great attention to detail.
