A leading tyre retailer in Johannesburg is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting overall branch operations, customer service delivery, staff supervision, and driving sales within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to develop a management career in the automotive and tyre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist staff in daily store operations.
- Ensure efficient customer service, complaint resolution, and adherence to company values.
- Support the Branch Manager in sales growth, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Oversee tyre fitting, balancing, and general workshop activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in team training, motivate staff, and help implement promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Afrikaans (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Reside in or willing to relocate to the Johannesburg area.
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail, automotive, or tyre environment as a Junior Manager (advantageous).
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Grade 12/Matric (further industry-related training advantageous).
