SUMMARY:
Junior Accommodation Manager – Onsite Position

We are seeking a Junior Accommodation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong facilities management experience, and a passion for maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

South African citizen (local applicants only)
Diploma in Hospitality Management or Facilities Management
Proven experience managing facilities, utilities, budgets, SLA’s, and staff
Strong organisational and communication skills
Valid driver’s licence
Must be willing to live onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily residence operations and maintenance
Manage and monitor service providers and maintenance contractors
Ensure compliance with SLA’s and health & safety standards
Control budgets, utilities, and cost efficiencies
Supervise staff and ensure high service standards
Report on facilities performance and address resident needs promptly
Computer literate
Strong guest relations
Excellent communication skills
