This role lets you turn your technical education into real, hands-on workshop experience. You will receive strong daily support from qualified diesel artisans while learning valuable skills. Your work directly helps our team repair trucks quickly and keep our clients happy.
 
Job Description
 

• Strip down damaged heavy commercial truck cabs and chassis components safely.
• Clean, label, and pack away parts carefully so nothing goes missing.
• Help qualified diesel artisans with chassis repairs and basic mechanical rebuilding tasks.
• Check mechanical parts for visible wear, cracks, and accident damage daily.
• Assist with fitting parts and assembling truck bodies back together correctly.
• Use standard workshop hand tools and power equipment under direct artisan supervision.
• Keep your work bay clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

• Grade 12 or Technical Matric (N3) 
• N2 or N3 certificate in Motor Trade or Diesel Trade Theory.
• Basic familiarity with mechanical tools like spanners, sockets, and torque wrenches.
• Clear passion for stripping, rebuilding, and working on heavy diesel vehicles.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle commercial workshop tasks safely.
• Reliable transport to travel to and from Springs every day.
• A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and great teamwork skills.
