This role involves assisting with design concepts, sourcing materials, preparing presentations, and coordinating projects from concept to completion. 📋 Key Responsibilities
🖌️ Design Support

• Assist in developing interior design concepts and mood boards
• Support senior designers with space planning and layouts
• Prepare design presentations and client proposals
• Create drawings and visualizations (2D/3D)

• Source furniture, fabrics, finishes, and décor items
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Assist with procurement and ordering processes
• Track deliveries and ensure quality standards

• Assist in managing project timelines and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Support site visits and installations
• Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications

• Maintain project documentation and design files
• Prepare quotations and assist with budgeting
• Track project costs and expenses
• Update design schedules and reports

POSITION INFO:
🎯 Minimum Requirements
🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field

• 1–3 years’ experience in an interior design role (internships included)
• Exposure to residential, hospitality, or commercial projects (advantageous)

• Proficiency in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture

• Creative and detail-oriented
• Strong visual and spatial awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Strong organisational skills

• Office-based with regular site visits
• May require travel depending on project locations
• Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
