Interior Designer

SUMMARY:
Luxury Hospitality Group based in Hout Bay is looking for a talented and driven Interior Designer.
 
This role is suited to someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage both projects and people effectively. You will be involved in the full design process, from concept through to implementation, across a range of high-end residential, hospitality and retail projects.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
 
Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial brief to final installation
Prepare detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Compile and manage comprehensive specification sheets
Source furniture, finishes, and materials in line with project budgets and design intent
Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and consultants
Oversee installations and ensure projects are executed to the highest standard
Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
Lead and collaborate with junior team members
 
Requirements:
 
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the interior design industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop
Solid understanding of technical drawings and detailing
Proven experience compiling specification sheets
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
