POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Descriptions
A Manufacturing company based in Springs is on the lookout for a Junior Financial Manager with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to support the finance team and grow with the business.

As the Junior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitoring day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
Assisting with cost analysis and inventory control
Supporting internal controls, audits, and compliance reporting
Collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and help guide decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:
Completed Bcom in Finance
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
1–3 years’ experience post article experience
Management experience would be beneficial
Analytical thinker with a sharp attention to detail
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment
