As a Junior Financial Advisor, you will assist senior advisors in delivering top-tier financial strategies and advice to clients. You’ll be involved in goal-oriented financial planning, investment management, and long-term strategies while receiving continuous training and mentorship to develop your expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior advisors in developing tailored investment, retirement, and estate planning strategies.

• Assist with preparing financial plans, conducting research, and preparing reports.

• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and legislation.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to long-term relationship management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and strategy sessions.

• Help build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or currently working towards the certification.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.

• Strong understanding of investment strategies and the financial planning process.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client engagement.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
